Personal Protective Guide
Job Task: Roadway Painting
Hazards: Motor vehicle traffic, paint contacting the eyes, moving parts of machinery creating pinch point hazards to hands/fingers, and fire hazards
Although other exposures exist, they are not controlled by personal protective equipment; therefore, they are not indicated in this manual.

Additional Comments: Clean the painting machine in a well ventilated area. Avoid use of flammable liquids if possible. Reflective vests should be worn when working in or near roadways.
