Lab Safety Agreement

The Lab Safety Agreement is a contract between the lab worker and the principal investigator/lan manager and the university, which requires the worker to follow all standard and special safety requirements in the lab. One of the most important components of this agreement is that lab personnel know the primary and alternate emergency contact phone numbers. For privacy and security reasons, home and personal cell phone numbers are not displayed on the door signs. Click on the link below for copies of the agreement.
